Hello world

This blog will not be such a formal affair as  the other blogs i write,  This will be more a rambling of thoughts just stuck out there and updates on projects and things i am doing in the studio.

Right now I am “down” with a mechanical breakdown on both sewing machines,  I am attempting a repair to the Neechi tonite and if that fails have located another older simple machine at a ridiculous price in Aransas Pass, I just need a ride over there to snag it up.  The White i bought in 2002 for the kite shop has a brass gear that has simply worn out, must get the model/serial numbers and call or go online to find the part.  Also need a bobbin carrier and a tension knob as i “robbed” them for the Neechi…..

Need to fix the tail section in Larry the Lobster, planning to use that as the big attraction in my “Nautilus” ensemble for Audreys Day kite fly in two weeks…..

So I guess it means getting things done here today and off to the workshop tonite….
