Summer is Certainly Here

The Gulf Coast is by no means the hottest place in the country, but; it is consistently warm and humid for longer than anywhere except maybe the Everglades!!

Summer starts about April when it starts hitting 80 plus and lasts until almost November most years before it stops hitting that mark.  In the middle months its almost always above 90 during the afternoons and lows at daybreak stay at 83ish most days.  Humdity is usually above 70% and sweating starts immediately upon exiting any air conditioned space.

Of course productivity is severely hampered when salt pours into eyes, down faces, and drips off noses and chins. We remind clients that our products come “presalted” during this period. . Lol

Here at Nylon Designs the “busy” time is early mornings before daylight. The workshop is not cooled other than lots of fans (to push hot air around). 
All that being said we have had lots of windfeathers and flags going out and will continue to do some custom designs in the coming days.. New items being delivered are usually posted on the Facebook page and on Twitter for those that do “social media” 

Hang in there with us and keep thinking about Thanksgiving when it will be cooler!!!
