Some things are just as the title notes, a simple little task that is of no great effort. Its especially gratifying to do a favor for a mate and help them make an event a success.
My pal and fellow artist said she was going to a regional meeting in a couple weeks and wouldn’t a couple of flags make it easy to locate the event?? I agreed.
So early this morning I brewed a French press of coffee and hit the studio. Dug around in the “bits and pieces” boxes and cut and stitched up three 20 x 36 inch flags on dowel rods for the event parking folks to use at SGI today.
Not the reasoning for my doing this, but just maybe some “good karma” will come my way!! The satisfaction of helping my friend is the true reward for the effort, anything else is “gravy”.
